However, we currently do not ship to the following countries: 🚫 Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Courier Service
To provide the best delivery experience, we use Express Delivery services such as DHL and FedEx.
We reserve the right to choose the courier that offers the most efficient delivery method based on your location.
APO/PO Box Addresses: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs Duty on International Orders
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered on the tracking link but you haven’t received it, please contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days from the delivery date to initiate an investigation.
Claims raised after 5 working days will not be accepted.
Once verified by the courier, we will provide a full store credit or replacement for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Please Note:Lost orders are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling & Delivery Issues
Tracking:
After shipping, we provide a tracking number to monitor your package.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier.
If the courier holds the package or attempts delivery when you’re unavailable, you must contact the courier directly to reschedule the delivery.
Unaccepted Deliveries:
If a customer refuses to accept delivery and the package is returned to the courier, the parcel will be considered lost or destroyed.
Unfortunately, in such cases, we will not process a return or refund.
Customers are requested to accept the delivery and follow our return instructions if they wish to return the item.
Incorrect Address Deliveries:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
If a package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, it may be destroyed by the courier, and we cannot process a refund or cancellation in such cases.

Combined Shipments:
If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine shipments to save time and reduce shipping costs.

Orders exceeding 10 products do not include complimentary items by default.
