Order Acceptance & Payment Policy
  • Jessica Leather reserves the right to change product prices and availability without prior notice.
  • In case of pricing discrepancies, we verify and adjust prices during order processing.
    • If the correct price is lower, we’ll refund the difference.
    • If the correct price is higher, we’ll contact you for further instructions or cancel the order, notifying you accordingly.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect (lower) prices due to technical errors or discrepancies.

We reserve the right to decline service to any customer, at any time, and for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations within 2 days of placing the order.

To cancel an order, please visit the My Order page on our website and submit a cancellation request.

Please Note:

  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance. In this case, you will need to accept the parcel and initiate a return request.
  • Time-sensitive orders cannot be canceled once placed. If our Customer Support Team has promised delivery within a specific timeline, cancellations will not be accepted.
Free Gifting Policy

We offer free leather gifts on orders exceeding $150.

Conditions:

  • Each customer is eligible for one free gift only.
  • If you return the order, the gift must be returned along with the product.
  • If the free gift is not returned, the gift value will be deducted from your refund amount.
